Parenthesis at St Peter's Church Reading 07

Parenthesis choir gives regular concerts and is open to all, whatever their level of singing expertise and experience; there are no auditions. Newcomers are always welcome. 'Try before you buy!' No subscription for the first half term for new members

As well as the main concert programme, we occasionally sing at special events such as weddings, or at fund-raising events for charities. We have a particular attachment to the Hospices movement: the Carols at Asda, Reading at Christmas 2005 raised £350 for the Duchess of Kent Hospice.

Sing with us

We welcome singers of all levels of experience. We sing a wide range of music, from Baroque to Broadway and perform at least 3 concerts a year. Last season we sang Requiems by Fauré and Verdi, Gerschwin's Porgy and Bess and music from West End hits such as Les Misérables. You are warmly invited to come along to our rehearsals starting Saturday 13 Sept 2008
